Improve Bus Access

Reliable bus services are essential for our community. Residents across Mid Dunbartonshire, especially in villages like Torrance and Lennoxtown, depend on public transport to get to work, school and essential services. Too many people are being let down by unreliable and infrequent routes. For many, this means struggling to access vital healthcare, including getting from Kirkintilloch and Lenzie to the front door of Stobhill Hospital. 

  

In October 2024, Susan wrote to the Scottish Government's Cabinet Secretary for Transport, making it clear that improved bus and train services are a priority for her constituency. Susan is determined to keep pushing for the reliable, frequent connections our community deserves.
